Ja, the staff were just lekker! Got free airport pick-up in a Tesla, and they put a bottle of wine in our room, a surprise. The outdoor chill areas are flipping comfy, perfect for sundowners after a long day.

The only downside was the noise from party people at night, but that's Laganas for you.

The twin room was comfy in which the air-conditioning worked, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was marvellous with fantastic variety. Every staff member was amicable and amazing. The hotel was in the middle of Laganas, and we were not very far from History War Museum.

its location was prime and exceptionally nice, right by the sea, and in a beach area. stayed for 2 nights, the staff was mostly very friendly and outstandingly friendly during all this time. we liked its breathtaking views and marvellous breakfasts.

the staff are incredibly nice, the hotel is lovely and with perfect location close to the sea, the restaurant and the beach. the atmosphere of the property is special. it offers nice services and has a marvellous breakfast choices.

I almost thought i'd enjoy my stay, but, alas! The shower barely drained, flooding the bathroom, and i had to lean out of my side-view room to catch a glimpse of the sea, such a treat. I expected at least a complimentary gesture for these inconveniences, but clearly, they cater to regular folks instead of someone of my stature.

I stayed in a Junior Suite with a private pool. The room was pretty spacious and the bed was super comfy. I loved the artistic decor and great attention to cleanliness, everything was super clean! The private pool added an very nice touch of luxury. Just a heads-up, the shower was a bit tricky to manage at times but overall it was a cozy spot to relax.

The family room with sea view was excellent, offering easy access to the beach and two large pools for relaxation. The staff were superb, especially zanet and the night bar team.

Honestly some of the best I've had. The beachfront access and comfy sun loungers were perfect for chilling out after a long day. Just a heads up, some pool towels had extra fees which was a bit odd, but it didn't ruin my stay at all. 😊

Amazing birthday celebrations

Inconsistent cleanliness standards throughout the hotel!!! Air conditioning units ineffective in cooling the rooms, leading to discomfort!!! Additional charges for sunbeds and pool towels felt unreasonable, especially for an all-inclusive package!!!

Spent 7 nights in a Standard Twin Room with air conditioning, a balcony, and a tv. Loved the super clean vibe and the outdoor pool areas with sun loungers and umbrellas. The buffet had a variety of Greek dishes, and the Tesla transfer service was a nice touch. Plus, the decor around the resort was beautifully done!

It was just a well-suited match for a break on a long journey in Laganas with good value. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome during our short stay. Make sure to check out local dining options instead of relying solely on hotel meals.
